Boys QLD Country Identifications!

 

Congratulations to the following players who were identified for QLD Country following the recent tournament in Townsville.

 

Following a string of impressive performances at the Northern meeting of the Rebel Sport Junior Premier League, Football Wide Bay had a massive 20 boys identified for QLD Country Squads. The Under 12s, Under 13s and Under 14s selected remained in Townsville for Training Camps after the tournament ended. From there, the Under 13 and Under 14 squads of 22 will be culled back to 16 players who will then compete at the National Youth Championships in Coffs Harbour later this year. We eagarly await the announcement of these final teams and wish our boys the best of luck in selection! The Under 15 players selected will compete in a State Challenge later in the year as well.
