• A short description of who they have coached and their 2009 coaching positions
• dedication to their coaching and player development
• development of coaching
• Successes they have had as a coach, not necessarily because they coach winning teams (however, be sure to list that as well!) For example, this could be a coach whose team was bottom of the competition ladder, but has improved significantly over the season
