Coaching Wide Bay

The development of coaching throughout the Wide Bay region is seen by the Zone Council as paramount to the development of football at all levels. From grassroots to high performance players, without high quality coaching, the game and its players won't progress. The oppointment of a Regional Development Officer to the Zone is the first step in upskilling coaches within the Wide Bay region. The second step comes from an integration of grassroots and Centre of Excellence (COE) coaching programs so that club coaches have the opportunity to gain 'hands on' expereince with COE coaches.

Football Wide Bay looks forward to working with Mr Greg Caulley, the Regional Development Officer, in supporting the growth and development of coaching throughout the Zone.
